The case study!

Well dh and I are at it again!
We have decided to sell our newly renovated and extended house so we can buy another shit box!
Yes crazy I know as we tend to do this every 2 years. This property will be our fifth renovater lol!
So I have decided to use our house as a case study for my property styling!
I will go and take some before shots which will be our house just as normal, and then some after shots of it before open day.
I am quite excited by the prospect, the agent has told us we can get mid-high fives for it, lets see about that lol!
We are looking at about six weeks time just so we can get a few things tidied up after our extension. I spent all day yesterday lifting pavers out the back as Dh is away fishing (yes the life for some) so we can get all the back patio, paths and driveway concreted then stamped.
So that is my quest for the next 6 weeks, declutter have a garage sale, clean, clean and do some more cleaning!!
WOW Bec..things are never quiet in your house :). Are you going to move within the same area? Good luck with everything. I had a garage sale myself this weekend and it’s great to declutter and get rid of all the junk in the house. Get a cleaner in…then you don’t have to do it all yourself!!
