Well yesterday was the final day after a long and arduous campaign and I have to say that alot has to be said for presenting your house and finishing it properly!

The day started with lot of nerves as we had no idea how it was going to go, the real estate agents were trying to keep our expectation down saying that with the response from buyers we will get around $580,000.

I managed to find some of the original photos and photos taken during the renos, a big job!

After all our work the house is now up for sale. Dh and I worked our little freckles off on the long weekend, cleaning, painting, primping and preening to get our house ready.

The real estate agents came through on Tuesday and were really impressed, I had the plate of freshly baked cookies waiting for them to take which they are still talking about lol!

Theres nothing like a little manipulation in selling a house!

Well out house will be on the market next week. We have had our garage sale where we made $600 how great is that! I can’t beleive the stuff people buy lol!

Yes crazy I know as we tend to do this every 2 years. This property will be our fifth renovater lol!
